"Die Rezeption war bei unserer Ankunft nur durch das Servicepersonal des Bistros mitbetreut. Mehr als die Übergabe des Schlüssels war nicht möglich. Die über den Online-Check in abgefragten persönlichen Daten mussten nochmal handschriftlich eingetragen werden. Zimmer 1 im EG liegt genau gegenüber der Rezeption und am Durchgang zu den öffentlichen Toiletten des Restaurants. "Die von uns gebuchte Reise konnte aufgrund eines noch immer anhaltenden Krankenhausaufenthaltes nicht angetreten werden. Das Hotel verweigerte eine Gutscheinausgabe bzw. die Stornierung. Auch Expedia wurde gnadenlos abgewiesen. Eine derartige Kundendienstpolitik stellt für uns eine Unverfrorenheit dar. "

Hotel is in tiny part of small town; not much around (few residential houses and park); requires a lot of navigation from Autobahn (not "easy-on/easy-off"). Rooms and hotel are very basic; nightly price is therefore also lower. Room is only where you'll want to sleep and shower; no reason you'll want to stay in the room if you can find any reason to be elsewhere. Breakfast is buffet...
